Comprehensive Planning Board
- The Comprehensive Planning Board is created to regularly update the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The last plan was completed in 2019. The new CPB started working on the updates with Planning Staff in the summer of 2025. This process generally takes 18-24 months to complete. Meetings are typically held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 2PM and held at the Crossroads Center. Contact staff at 585-268-7472 to confirm that you are interested in joining or attending a meeting. The Allegany County Comprehensive Plan Board is made up of 3 Legislators, 3 from the County Planning Board and 3 At-Large members.
