COVID Vaccine

PLEASE NOTE: To schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, call the Allegany County Department of Health at (585) 268-9250.

What to bring with you to your appointment:

  • COVID vaccine card if getting 2nd dose or Booster
  • Driver’s License or Picture ID with Date of Birth on it
  • Insurance Card

The COVID-19 vaccine providers in Allegany County include:  Alfred Pharmacy, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, Fisher’s Pharmacy, Jones Memorial Hospital and Cuba Memorial Hospital. If interested please call the respective location.

COVID Treatment Hotline Available

New Yorkers who test positive for COVID-19, but don’t have a health care provider, can call a new hotline or submit an online form to be evaluated for treatment. All New Yorkers are eligible regardless of income or health insurance coverage.

Outside of New York City:

Call 888-TREAT-NY (888-873-2869) or complete an evaluation at the NYS COVID-19 ExpressCare Therapeutics Access website.
