Sara Badeau Senior Music Recital
Union University Church 5 Church St, AlfredThe Alfred University Performing Arts Division and Music Department are proud to present Soprano Sara Badeau’s Senior Music Recital, with piano accompanist Laurel Buckwalter. This free recital will feature songs chosen by Sara and starts at 4pm in the Union University Church of Alfred. Immediately following the recital there will be a reception that all are invited to attend.

Cushing Alley (Outdoor Kiln Pavillon, Foundry, Hot Shop)An interactive showcase of Alfred University’s combustive arts including demos in glass and blacksmithing and interactive opportunities in Raku ceramics, and metal casting on November 18th, from 4-7pm on Cushing Alley (Behind Binns Merrill Hall, Outdoor Kiln Pavillion, Foundry, Hot Shop.)
Community members will have opportunities to create art at this event through the purchase of scratch block molds for iron casting as well as glaze-it-yourself ceramic objects for raku. While taking in the festivities, community members will have the opportunity to enjoy free smores alongside warm seasonal beverages. Attendance to the event is completely free and attendees of all ages and occupation are welcome!
