In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 2.3 million people, and there have been over 122,000 deaths.  According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 387,936 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 24,725 deaths statewide.  As of 11:00 a.m. on June 21, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:


Confirmed Cases:  60

Recovered Cases:  56

COVID-19 Related Deaths:  1

Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date:  810

Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 775.

Currently Quarantined/Isolated:  35

Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given:  331

Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives:  14
