The County of Allegany, through the Allegany County Board of Legislators, is soliciting written proposals from qualified providers to provide comprehensive public transportation services throughout Allegany County, New York for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021.

The selected Contractor will provide all services required and necessary for the efficient operation of the public bus service pursuant to the Request for Proposals and in compliance with NYS Department of Transportation and Federal Transit Administration Rules and Regulations.

Written Proposals are returnable to the County Administrator no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, September 28, 2018.
