Pop-Up COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Allegany County

The New York State Department of Health will be sponsoring a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Allegany County
in partnership with the Allegany County Department of Health. The vaccinations will be offered Saturday, December
18, 2021 at the County Office Building, 7 Court Street, Belmont, NY 14813.
All vaccine types will be offered as well as all approved age groups.

Please bring your insurance card and photo ID. All vaccines are FREE. Your insurance will only be billed for an
administrative fee and no resident will receive a bill for these services. Please register for an appointment by using
the registration links below. You can also call 585-268-9250 if you need help scheduling an appointment. Walk-ins
are welcome.

About the COVID-19 Vaccine:

The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective and highly recommended for all eligible New Yorkers five years of age and
older. Children and adolescents ages 5 to 17 are able to get the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, which is available under Emergency Use Authorization for children ages 5 to 15 and is fully approved for those age 16 and older. All New Yorkers 18 and older can also receive the two-dose Moderna vaccine or the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

About the COVID-19 Booster:

All eligible New Yorkers are strongly encouraged to get their COVID-19 booster dose. You are eligible for your booster dose if you’re:
– 16 years or older and it’s been at least 6 months since your initial Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine series
– 18 years or older and it’s been at least 6 months since your initial Moderna vaccine series
– 18 years or older and it’s been at least 2 months since your J&J vaccine
