NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Allegany County Board of Legislators in the County Legislative Chambers, Room 221, County Office Building, Belmont, New York, on ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­September 28, 2022, commencing at 2:00 p.m. in connection with a proposed local law entitled, “A LOCAL LAW ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD FOR ALLEGANY COUNTY, AND REPEALING LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 1985, (AS AMENDED BY LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 1995, LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2010, AND LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2021).”  The law would establish the Office of Economic Development and the Economic Development Advisory Board, and repeal Local Law No. 2 of 1985, as amended by Local Law No. 1 of 1995, Local Law No. 1 of 2010, and Local Law No. 3 of 2021.
